David Payne - President and Managing Design Partner

David Payne graduated from Auburn University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Architecture. Payne is a Registered Alabama Architect, (1973), a Licensed Georgia Architect, (1991), a Licensed Florida Architect (2005), a Member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (1991), and a and is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (2009). For over 37 years David's sense of creativity and skill in design has produced some of the most compelling and successful projects in the southeast. His ability as an effective communicator and as a skilled listener, along with his passion for good, fucntional design has garnered him praise from numerous clients saying "His solution was exactly what we envisioned." Mark Lee - Vice President and Senior Designer

Mark Lee graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Architecture. Lee is a Registered Alabama Architect (2004), a Licensed Florida Architect (2006), a member of the Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (2006), and is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (2009). In his over 15 years of experience, Mark has developed a significant portfolio of design contributions, which has included a mix of building types. This volume of work is enhanced by his additional experience in the construction industry, where his roles have included design consultant, construction supervisor, and project manager of design-build projects for religious, medical, mercantile, entertainment and commercial buildings. At Payne Lee & Associates, Mark's practical knowledge of construction tempers as well as elevates his design abilities. Mark Lee's affliations include:

David Payne, Jr. - Vice President of Development

With over 20 years of hands on job site experience as a tradesman, David offers a unique blend of technical expertise, concept development, marketing skill, client relations, and natural abilities in the interpretation of design intent. He has worked in both the commercial and residential markets giving him a broad range of experience in many project types. His ability to self perform almost every trade on a job site gives him an exceptional eye for correctness and quality. David Payne, Jr.'s affiliations include:

Brent Salter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University Montgomery in 1996. He then earned a Master's degree in Building Science in 1998.
